Located at the foot of Chaumont Mountain, this 12th-century monastery offers panoramic views over Lake Neuchatel. This spiritual place for relaxation and meditation features the famous Fontaine-André water source.

Fontaine-André Abbey’s functionally furnished rooms feature wooden floors, a work desk, and private or shared bathrooms.

Guests can relax and have coffee in the public lounge. Free Wi-Fi is available in the business centre. There is also a park with small animals that children can pet.

The restaurant serves traditional Swiss cuisine and a range of healthy products from the abbey’s own organic farm. Guests are invited to eat and pray together.

Free private parking is available at L’Abbaye de Fontaine-André. It can be reached by bus from the Neuchatel Train Station going to the La Coudre stop, followed by a 15-minute walk.
