Coming from all directions, always use motorway exit Serriers.Then drive along the lake in the direction Neuchatel Centre for approximately 3 kilometres. The hotel is situated directly on the port.
The railway station is just 10 minutes on foot. There are also busses (direction Place Pury, number 7 or 9 or 9b). The bus stop is located opposite the hotel. Get off at Saint-Honoré.
